This morning we had a visit from a lady and her son selling huge shrimp. Bear bought eighteen and gave her two pounds, happy and smiling they paddled away. Salad, mash and fat chaps for supper it is then.

This afternoon after a few chores we picked up Fred and Maria to spuddle around the bay. The Speed Demons took the lead.

Such pretty scenery............

We weaved around coral outcrops and enjoyed more trees.

Kimi and Trevor disappeared and when they came out we headed in.

We too enjoyed the nooks and crannies.

We decided to round the corner toward the sea.

The wind was stronger but we saw lots of little islets..........

.......some bigger ones too. A couple of parrots flew overhead.

A baobab that has done the ‘quite natural’ split and twine.

We landed to explore. Sharp coral and then along a track.

 IMG_0040  IMG_0041

Bear so dwarfed I had to take the bottom and top separately.

 IMG_0043

IMG_0042  IMG_0044

Indiscipline so no group shot.

 IMG_0045

A clearing with an inlet where we watched a pair of bee eaters.

 IMG_0048  IMG_0049

Cannot get enough of these giants.

 IMG_0052

Back to our steeds, time for a pose shot.

 IMG_0053  IMG_0055

Too choppy to head any further toward the sea, we returned to the tree we bimbled by yesterday.

IMG_0059

Trevor dropped a pulley block and some cleats to a local who had spoken to him while we took in the local lady.

IMG_0061

Above us a huge bird ?????.............

IMG_0062

..........turned out to be the biggest magpie we have ever seen.

 IMG_0065

One final look and we headed back to our respective girls.
