Gili Meno Snorkel

After our bimble around Gili Meno Lake we headed back to Beez for our snorkel kit. Soon back to find a spot to tether Baby Beez, I hopped in and dangled the anchor over a block near a bicycle. Looking up there must have been seven bikes – hopefully for new reef growth as opposed to having found a rubbish dump......... Visibility was good, the reef was in terrible shape and the only growth was in muted browns for both soft and hard corals. It was great fun to ride the waves with the many fish of all varieties - making sure not to get caught against a rock or get swept into the shallows and a bumpy painful end on the coral debris.
