A Surprise For Big Bear
   We steered Bear into the Miner’s Arms
at the pre-arranged time of two o’clock. What a surprise he had, there most of the family were settled ready to applaud him. What
a surprise, he was completely bowled over and absolutely thrilled to bits.
Special ‘thank you’ to Kate who organised us and
sorted food choices.
   Simon and
his ‘big boy food’, chicken for Bear and Oscar looking very grown up.
   Mark and
Simon ‘racing’ with the massive home-made burgers.
   After our meal Spoilt Boy had cards, presents, cake,
balloons and the odd libation.
 Simon and Claire even found him a card
that mentioned ‘Bee’s Knees’.
   After lunch we all went out into the garden, drew up some tables in the
shade and had family fun in the
sun.

   Jacob and
Kim have hat fun.
 William,
kissed once or twice during the day.
   Auntie Jude and the Duchess, Auntie Claire and Seth. Jack in the
playhouse.
 We made it perfectly clear to Alex and Jude that if they hadn't married other people by
the time they reach thirty five, we will marry them off to each
other.

 Alex, Miffy, Rachel,

   Grandbaby number ten is now well overdue, Miffy and Rachel went to
get ready to move into Derriford Hospital on the morrow – we wish them all the
very best. Before he left Miffy got into ‘position’.
He then gave us his best ‘bearing down’ face. Martin and Bear
provided lithotomy poles.
