We Visit Bird at Work and Play
in the Park
 After a slack morning with the house
listening to Bear and me coughing and sneezing, we piled in the cars to visit
Bird at work. Barkers has just opened in Wilmslow and
it was a real treat to visit this sparkling new shop.
  Bird on
duty. To the back left of the shop is the Dog Spa and to the left the top
drawer products on offer.
 Bird with local
pupils who had won a painting competition (featured in the local
paper).
 Also featured was a picture of Bird as
Spa Manager (and overall assistant manager) grooming her own Bruce.
   After our visit we walked past some
rather nice shops, one that had to be featured for its name alone was Farrow
& Ball.
  A short cut through the church and yard to the
park.
   This gave us our first good look at
daffodils for a very long time.
  The serious business of learning to
head the ball. Danny throws as Josh improves each
time.
 Time for a kick
about while we wait for mum.
 Grandpa and Ben
had a few minutes on the see-saw before Bird
met us and home for supper.
