Rafting
 We were picked up by Daniel at ten to nine to take
us by taxi to meet the bigger bus. There was a raft of five and ours of
six, the drivers, a safety man who took pictures and the bus driver. We set off
from Cuzco, stopped for bread, stopped at the company yard to pick up supplies
and lunch. We arrived at the Chuquicahuana River, kitted out in very tight wet
suits, over jacket, life jacket and helmet. Ten minutes further up the river we
had our safety lecture then off we went at eleven to ride Grade III
rapids.
       We had lunch of soup, chicken, chips and salad at
three, back on the bus and home shattered at five thirty.
