We arrived at the Lookout at twelve fifteen – low tide. We watched tour boats arrive, share our lookout, leave, more arrive and chat, leave and we stayed until four thirty. The best part was as the water was coming in turning the shallows from greys and dark greens to soft blues. An unforgettable experience at the third most photographed place in Australia after the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Uluru. How lucky we are to have seen all three.
