History The old 77th Street Entrance of the Museum The American Museum of Natural History (abbreviated as AMNH), is one
of the largest museums in the world. A quick cross-town bus ride from the marina
and somewhere we had wanted to visit very much. The vast
entrance hall gives little impression of the sheer size of the place.
Just one of the museum shops, over three floors makes
your feet
throb.
