Motoring On A Flat Sea to Viani Bay
We were up before the sparrows and set off with Scott-Free at ten past six.
It’s always amazing where reefs are concerned that we can be in two hundred feet of water but close to breaking waves over the reef edge, just beyond is open sea.....
Around the corner and along the coast for forty five miles.
The sun came out, the ferry went by, I had a win at backgammon and the sea was flat enough for a game of Mexican Dominoes [would you believe it], I won by miles and heard a certain amount of growling, grrrrrr.
Not far from a smile though, grrrr and thrice grrr I say.
We could see the entrance to the bay.
A sharp dog-leg left and a wiggle around a small island and there we were..........
ALL IN ALL WHAT A NICE DAY
LOVELY DAY FOR A GENTLE MOTOR
