Josianne's Delight.

We met Josianne and her wonderful family when we popped by for barbecue chicken on Friday night. We had had a busy day touring and Sasha had told us about the late market and barbecue food. The most delicious chicken ever, barbecued and Josie's home made sauce painted on, served with salad and a choice of beers or spirits with fruit juice. Josie gave us a lesson in banana verses plantain and invited us for Sunday lunch when she found out Bear had a penchant for rabbit stew.
Eileen became Josie's sister-in-law when she married Josie's brother Marcus in February. We wish them all the very best and every happiness for the future.
