Beez to the 9th of December
2018  Monday 3rd. Final big shop and as we felt
we needed a treat we bought luscious cakes to have
sitting up in bed watching an episode of NCIS with a slice of
melon.  Tuesday 4th. Final tidy throughout. After
lunch, the most fun game of backgammon we have ever played. Bear has seven men, two trapped in my home. After much kerfuffle I
did get all but one man in but as I began to bear off I was caught and up on the
bar. Bear ended up getting his men home and got a few off. I felt I should have won for being so dogged and
brave. I would have been incandescent had I not won. I didn’t think
you would take the bet. Nothing to lose.
Well, whatever, such fun.
   Wednesday 5th. We left Beez at nine o’clock
in the tiniest marina car and set off to log out – YAY,YAY and more YAY. First
stop Immigration, the lady who looked after us used a
ruler to fold the sheets of paper exactly into three, used glue on the envelope
and handed, with great reverence “the envelope to hand to the Immigration in
Langkawi”. Bear felt the need the receive it with as great solemnity. Second
stop was the Harbourmaster and finally Customs. All done by ten thirty. A quick stop at Mr DIY,
Tesco, Hardware, Aeon and back by
one. ALL IN ALL FINALLY READY TO
