To Ko Phanak
We left the marina at two – slack tide, soon into the fairway with Alex at the wheel.
Captain and 2nd mate.
Alex on watch as we round the corner.
Approaching the hongs in the bay.
Such unique topography.
Ko Phanak ahead.
Difficult to picture these hongs as tall until you see a little boat beside them.
The tallest bit of Ko Phanak is 283 metres high and is the backdrop to our anchorage.
Our journey of fifteen miles.
Darkness falls over the hongs, after supper we play Sequence and Tri-ominoes. What a lovely day.
Sunset and not a soul anywhere.
ALL IN ALL A PEACEFUL DAY
NICE TO BE OUT IN THE PEACE AND QUIET
