Skipper and First Mate Millard (Big Bear and Pepe)
Fri 14 Oct 2016 22:57
After chores and lunch we set out in Baby Beez to explore the bay.
Huge granite rocks everywhere.
We stop and Bear poses.
A ‘one careful owner’ and solar panels..........
Bear is now in the swing of posing......
So reminiscent of the Virgin Gorda rocks in the Caribbean.
A storm gathers over the anchorage.
We go ashore for a beer and book our visit to the lighthouse for the morrow.
We have a little bimble and Bear finds a new mode of transport.
Local ladies bob quietly.
Lots of prep work going on to welcome the other rally – soon to become our rally.
The local children enjoy using Baby Beez as a jumping platform.
A very handsome Spider Boat (for shrimping, squidding and fishing) out in the bay.
Not sure if this fishing platform is still in use.
Beez Neez in the ‘crowded’ anchorage.
Bear goes off in Baby Beez to give in is empty diesel jugs and I watch as he comes home safely. Time for supper and a game or two.
ALL IN ALL SUCH GLORIOUS SCENERY
IMPRESSIVE ROCKS, BEAUTIFUL SCENERY
