Harry and Kaiser Time, a Duck
and Grumpy Old Woman....
  Yesterday, due to heavy rain, we went
swimming and later played pitch and putt with the boys football. This morning
Kaiser trotted in to show us his medal, proud to
pose. This smashing medal was for good
behaviour, being helpful “and stuff”.
  On the way to the ladies I shooed away
a huge visitor as the blue
tits were wary. Happy to see little visitors.
  As I
returned (stealthily after seeing a new
visitor), I called Bear to take a picture.
  Always a sucker, I
waited for Bear to take these pictures, nipped in and got her a piece of
seeded, brown bread.
 Whilst having a bit of a sort out as
all the boys ate supper, I had a tablet audit – in readiness for next year (we
will need to buy enough to last for crossing the Indian Ocean), I could not
believe the packaging on one of Bear’s drugs. Each massive
strip only holds seven tablets. I found myself tutting and moaning about
waste, so much so, I really was in fear of becoming a Grumpy Old Woman. I’m going to be very, very careful and very, very silent just
now. Growl...............
  Post trimming
pile and all that was left – much muttering
about wasting aluminium. Staying incredibly quiet once
more. Have you ever seen a pair of scissors pointed with such
menace.
