A Windy Stop at Shag Point

We left the Moeraki boulders behind and soon the road was running parallel to the rugged coastline.

We saw the sign for Shag Point – nothing for it but to investigate.

We passed a few holiday homes and ‘interesting’ residences, soon the tarmac became gravel and we stopped at the end.

We walked along the cliff path, the wind was biting.

We drove back the way we came..............
