Making a Swift Journey North -
Next Stop St Lucia
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We left Bequia at 06:10 for the sixty
six miles to St Lucia. Just as we got going we had to round a tug and tow - Bear took these shots
![]() Good start to see a rainbow - pity here it means rain - you can just make out
the Piton of St Lucia, left of centre
![]() ![]() ![]() Skipper busy with the log book. Time though for a quick
Nozz, finishing his entry
![]() We saw so many
rainbows, this one you can see the rainfall below it
![]() At least it is sunny and
warm
![]() ![]() 'Tis the
season
![]() ![]() Our bolt hole if we were too tired at
this point was to stop off in Soufriere - this is Bear
telling me as Skipper you'll be fine parking in
Rodney Bay it's a full moon
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We watched a
smashing sunset, then all went pitch black. Yes Bear, the moon doesn't do
it's thing for a few hours after sunset. So Pepe picked her way into Rodney Bay
unaided by moonlight, anchored at 19:15
ALL IN ALL A VERY SATISFYING
DAY - BUT I GOT BEATEN AGAIN AT BACKGAMMON - YIPPEE - DUCK BEAR DUCK, MISS
THE SAUCEPAN
