1st Date Night Back in
Malaysia
  Stacey and Brett (Bella
Vita) invited us to a casual yachtie supper at the local eaterie. We
arrived to find six boats settled for a convivial evening, I saw what I thought
was a pint of Guinness – no Connors, buy two get one free, we were soon into our
first pair. Sara (Loch Marin) produced “a waterproof boat card” and
Booker put it to the test, dipping said card into her
husband’s pint of Connor’s.
  To our right Tim
and Kate (Anglo-Australians who have just a boat here), safe winds and a
following sea to them and their two sons. To our left, the
rest of the crowd. We think this could be a regular Sunday evening
‘thing’, fish and chips (five pounds), good company and several
laughs.
 En route back to Beez I felt the need
for an ice cream and stopped off at the little Mall.
Oh, my, I found a black chocolate, espresso Magnum. Heaven or what and no
calories at all........................I wish.
