Day Out at Chester Zoo We set off at nine, stopped to pick
up a picnic and arrived at the zoo soon after it opened at ten. The plan – to
take the train to the half way point, get on the next train and complete a full
loop choosing where we wanted to explore. We waited for our
first train, enjoyed the view from on high and
planned.
Seen from the
train.
Off we went on foot and watched this
lady enjoying breakfast.
Cute but threatened Sitatungas from Central and Western Africa.
The meerkats were a joy to watch.
