The Pigs Who Live on Great
Major's Cay, Exuma Islands, Bahamas
 After lunch we went for a spuddle on Baby Beez to
the nearby Great Major's Cay, we had been told about the
feral pigs who live there and cool off in the water. Well now, as
seasoned cruisers we have met the goats up in the trees in Morocco, our new
friends the stingrays and I'm even getting to grips with treating nurse
sharks like puppy dogs (in small numbers - no herd thanks), BUT PIGS as a
TOURIST ATTRACTION. If it's good enough for the likes of Johnny Depp and
Nicholas Cage, well what were we to do. BUT nothing could have prepared
us for this...............
   One came hurtling
out to greet us with great speed and grace
   She followed us to
shore and promptly sat down awaiting food. Bear commented on the length of her
hooter
        Meantime
the rest of the gang were busy with tourists, paddling, resting and generally
having fun
   I had a sudden need to give my
favourite porker a slice of leftover pizza, calling and
making her swim once more
  That was a
success until she launched herself upon a very offended Baby Beez to ask
for more, an image that will stay with us forever
