It seems my body is telling me I need to slow down a bit. On top of an aching shoulder, yesterday I diagnosed myself with what is at this stage a minor inguinal hernia. What a damned nuisance!  So the first order of today was to make myself a truss out of some nylon webbing and Velcro. Seems to work OK.

In the short breaks between heavy rain showers I have continued polishing the topsides.

All is well.
