Weather: Sunny, warm
Day's Run: 138 miles
We post another respectable day's run, continuing to make good time towards Salvador. We have now eased sheets a little more and are on a beam reach. The sun is shining, the sky is blue and clear apart from the odd small cumulus cloud, the sea is a deep dark tropical blue with scattered whitecaps, the wind is perfect, holding the sails out in smooth, full curves, the seas are slight on a long, regular swell, Sylph rolls gently - perfect trade wind sailing.
All is well.
Bob Cat:
The bunk is smooth and rolling gently, the temperature is mild, my eyelids are dark and cosy - perfect trade wind sleeping . . . Zzzzzzzz.
