Day’s run: 6.5 nm

This morning we weighed anchor with the making tide and motored the six and a half miles up the Burnett River to anchor off Bundaberg. One cannot sail the Queensland coast without visiting this Mecca of rum drinkers (even if most sailors, being rather conservative fellows, do prefer a tot of Mount Gay, the oldest rum brand in existence).

All is well.
