The wind veered from SW to WNW and eased from force four to force three yesterday afternoon, and since then has remained relatively steady, allowing us to beam reach under full main and genoa. It made for a quiet and peaceful night.
This forenoon I took advantage of the gentle breeze and dry weather to give the fore hatch a coat of varnish.
Our next milestone, Minicoy Island, is now only 180 miles away.
All is well.
