This morning we weighed anchor at 0945 and proceeded to the Gold Coast Seaway entrance where we arrived at slack high water. Once clear of the entrance we set sail and turned Sylph’s bow south towards the NSW border which we will cross late this afternoon.

Our winter sojourn up north has been mostly pleasant, and it was well worth the effort to catch up with Michael and his family, but I am missing more adventurous climes. Soon, I tell myself.

All is well.
