With the S’ly breeze easing, at 1145 we raised the mainsail, weighed anchor, set the jib and turned Sylph’s head once more for the open sea. We are currently working our way to windward to round Cape Saunders. The wind is due to go light and variable this afternoon and turn fresh from the NE this evening, which will be a fair wind for Stewart Island. If all goes according go plan we should arrive there sometime tomorrow.

All is well.
