Alongside Marina Adelaide - again
Weather: sunny, mild
Day's run: 87 nm
As expected, once we got clear of Cape Jervis the wind picked up again and we had it behind us for much of the afternoon. Later in the evening it backed into the east for a nice fresh beam reach. Consequently we continued to make good time, arriving at the Outer Harbour at midnight. I furled the jib and staysail, and motor-sailed the remaining eight miles up the Port River to Marina Adelaide. We tied up and secured Sylph at two this morning, after which I turned in for a nice long sleep.
All is well.
