We tacked last night at eight, about ten miles south of Rivoli Bay, then headed out to sea until midnight, when we tacked once more and resumed our course to the south-east. Conditions have continued to improve. We now have a nice reaching breeze and are under all plain sail (cutter rig that is). The new headsail has worked very well in the stronger winds and I reckon it would have been an ideal sail for when we were down in the Chilean Channels. Next time!

All is well.
