The last couple of days I have been getting Sylph ready to sail. The wind vane is now fully operational (I hope), I have completed rigging checks, most everything is stowed for sea, and today I got the bulk of the stores in. Jobs remaining: embark fuel, water and fresh supplies, repair mainsail halyard, order the new headsail and organize deposit, do the laundry, obtain the Zarpe (sail plan approval from the Prefectura), and pay the marina bill. At this stage I am aiming to sail on Thursday.

All is well.
