It has been a pleasant sail over the past twenty-four hours and therefore there is not much to report. We made good time through Banks Strait with the tidal stream adding a couple of knots to our speed.  The wind has been light and steady, indeed at times too light to keep the sails full when Sylph rolls to the slight beam swell. Nonetheless progress has, like the breeze, been slow, steady and, apart from the occasional slamming of sails, peaceful.

All is well.
