Weather: mostly clear, mild

As predicted, the wind gradually backed into the east overnight. At 0210 I poled the jib out to port and we ran wing on wing before the south east wind and then, at 0820, we gybed. I poled the jib out the other side and we continue to run wing on wing before an east wind. The backing wind has caused us to end up a fair way off the coast but now we are working our way back in. We are making excellent progress and should be off Robe early tomorrow. Having crossed into South Australian waters, we have retarded clocks half an hour and are now on SA time.

All is well.
