Making Good Time
Course: West sou' west Speed 6.5 knots
Wind: North F4 moderate breeze
Sea: moderate Swell: north west 2 meter
Weather: sunny, warm
Day's run: 161 nm (25 hours)
We continue to make good time, broad reaching overnight under double reefed main and partially furled genoa. The winds have gradually eased as expected, and this morning I unfurled the headsail and shook out the reefs in the main. Shifted time zones last night (the GPS does it automatically which confuses me at times). The seas have moderated and become more regular so the ride is now much more comfortable. RC threw up last night but has just gone over to his food bowl, so things are getting better.
All is well.
