Today we hauled Sylph out to once more paint her bottom.
Yesterday an interesting vessel pulled into the marina, a lovely wooden
vessel, the Raukawa designed by L.H. Coolidge (the brother of one time
US President Calvin Coolidge, so the current owner Keith tells me) and built in
New Zealand in 1938. The Raukawa needs an urgent slipping after
bouncing on a bar somewhere on the coast of Kangaroo Island. Hopefully no
serious damage has resulted.
