Weather: Sunny, warm
We are now cleared in and legal, it took half the day but it is done. I have sent the mainsail off to see if it can be repaired, if not we will worry about that tomorrow. The credit card will be in the mail tomorrow so hopefully that rather stressful problem will also be resolved within a couple of days. Thank you Daniela.

I have found an interesting new place to sleep that has previously escaped my notice, on the cabin floor boards (cabin sole for the nautically oriented) right next to the companionway hatch, a gentle cool breeze wafts down upon me, very refreshing. Of course it is not a practical place to sleep when the skipper is wandering heavy footed all over the place, but he hasn't been down below very much the last couple of days. It is evening now and he is lumbering around the place - back to the V Berth . . . Zzzzzzz.
