Goodbye Kona. We loved our stay here. A very charming town with great swim and snorkeling beaches.
After clearing out with Customs and Immigration we took the “Kona Trolley “ 6 miles south along the beaches.
What never ceases to impress me here is the wealth and diversity of tress and vegetations. One can easily spot Banyan, Albizias, Magnolia, Hibiscus, Rhododendron, Lichea, Bouganville, Coco Palm, Date Palm, drum palm, Fan Palm, Mango and Flamboyant tress and bushes. Alien tree such Pyramid pine the implement to aid formation of clouds and rain.
