Miyanoura harbour, Nao Shima

Tuesday 5th of April, turned out to be another glorius day. About 3.5 hours motoring in sunny weather with no wind took us to Nao Shima where we tied up around 1pm.

Nao Shima is known as the "Art Island". Full of Museums and Art Galleries. The Museums are mostly designed by a famous japanese architect Tadao Ando. All very modern.

Tuesday afternoon we spent walking around half the island visiting two museums and lots of other art installations.

Wedensday the 6th we were up early and rented 3 bicycles with electric motors. Very fancy but also good to get up the steep hills of the island. With the help of these we visited two more museums and other stuff. Ivans blog on FB will give a lot more info about this if you are interested.
We had anice lunch across the island and biked most roads.

All is well,
Lars, Ivan and Lone.
