Anchored in front of Hotel Salinas for the night. Will pickup new crew today flying in from St Maartin.
Leaving Boca Chica jist in-front of the power station pier we caught a rope in the propeller. Not enough to hinder our trip or require offshore dive. Once anchored Lars dove and cleared the shaft.
Entering this bay we had a unique and disturbing experience. Extending the cape it appeared to be a very shallow arm, from the water color one would guess less than 20m deep. We crossed at the tip and to our surprise it read 100m.
With the benefits for high ranking connections we were visited by the local Navy Commander for a chat and formalities.
He took our papers and is going to issue the despatcho for our departure tomorrow to Baragones.
