Sunday March 17, Mansuar Island.

We departed Pef early in the morning. We had read about the Kabui Strait and decided to have a go at it. The trip there turned ut to be a tough hurdle race. We soon found us entangled in an enormous amount of fishing bouy's. The whole bay was packed. It took a while to work out how to negotiate the mace.

On to the canal. It was a very nice passage winding through the the rocks. The difficulty was the 3 knot current pushing us on.

We then moved on to a small island for snorkeling and lunch.

For once we had a bit of wind and could hoist the sails. We ended up at Mansuar Island.
Time for snorkeling and later a visit to the village.

The day ended with Jonas farewell dinner and Ivan's special mixture.

Good night.
