Patio Island, New Hanover
We had a calm crossing from Duke of York to New Hanover. Approx. 160 NM. To start with good sailing after midnight the wind died and we had to motor the rest of the way.
We anchored outside Patio Island on the east side of New Hanower. We had a big rain when we got to the reef to go in and anchor. This made it a bit more challenging to find the way in through the corals.
After we anchored at 15.30, we had an anchor dram and the rain dissapered!
All is well.
