Back in Nanortaki Urban and Dan went to the local garage. The broken hose to the watermaker was fixed and we run it for a few hours, all good.
The solosailor from France was still here and we swapped dockside with him, he now outside us.
Maximum, aka Max has been sailing from Bretagne with some friends to Norway. After that he's been alone on his old First 30 !!
8 days from Island, no working autopilot, a wooden heater for comfort, what a guy. Invited him for some cheese and red wine and had a nice conversation about the 7n seas.
Went to the hotell for some wifi, Facebook and weather info.
Lot of cruising passangers ashore as ship Norweigian Star is anchored just outside the harbour. Had some nice chats to some of them. They were very intrested of our trip,showed a lot of photos of the sites they never will see.
Will go south tomorrow and in two days we'll try to make our way thru the Kristian Sound. Not sure if ice will allow to pass.
If not, stay or wait, or go back and go south and round ice pack en'route for Island .
