People come here by boat and camp and there are 2-3 restaurants on the island as well as a small supermarket with the most necessary things.

Oscar and I went for diving to Illa dos Vinos, a small island just south of the anchorage and the underwater landscape resembles very much the westcoast of Norway and Sweden.

Walkingtracks are plentiful and the view over the Atlantic ocean from Alto do Principe is well worth the effort.
