Finally we managed to launch our 60 year birthday present for my oldest friend Hans (friends since we were 9 years).
All close friends gathered in Brantevik were Dora Mac was also moored. Originally we planned to head to the Danish island Christiansö (5hrs with DM) and have dinner in their unique and lovely restaurant. Due to a strong gale with winds gusting over 40kts we had to adapt and improvise.
Subsequently we drove over to Copenhagen and visited their famous art museum Louisiana coming back to Brantevik for dinner in the evening. The day after we headed to sea charged with Champagne and birthday cake.
Never before has a chorus of male voices been singing birthday hymns with champagne on the bow of Dora Mac.
