Most cruisers try to contribute in one way or another when calling in at
Palmerston(quite few cruisers stop here actually).Since we were two
medical doctors onboard we offered some medical assistance.When doing that
we didn't realise the need for medical care so we had to spend the whole
afternoon taking care of different medical problems.Martin being a
pediatric surgeon took all the children,and your's truly took care of the
adults
