It´s not protected by any of the Islas Atlanticos and therefore more prone to swell. The climate is also a bit colder and rainier and therefore not as much visited as the other "rias" further south.
Muros is a beautiful Galician town though. We dropped anchor in Ensenada de Muros opposite of town but there is also a marina with friendly staff.
In settled weather you can also drop anchor off the beach of Playa de San Fransisco.
The village is well worth a visit with narrow streets,around typical Galician houses and the streets scattered with cafeterias and seafood restaurants. If you are anchored you can drop your dinghy by the quaiside of the village.
