Erik is the oldest son of old friends Hans and Anna (Hans and me sailing to the Caribbean in the eighties). April is the best period for randoskiing Lofoten (a bit earlier than the Lyngenalps) and Eastvaagoy in the eastern part has more snow than Vestvaggoy all due to the Gulfstream. Subsequently we relocated Dora Mac to Henningsvaer on Eastvaagoy for skiing some of the more famous tops like Varden East and Geitgallen. Weather was variable but at least two days circumstances were almost perfect.
