Temperatures in northern Scandinavia are the lowest in 50 years.

Mercedes who is a big fan of Arctic Norway joined me for a 2 week surgery assignment in Lofoten. Temperatures in northern Sweden has been down to less than 40 centigrades below zero.

In Lofoten it`s allways warmer due to the Gulfstream but also here temperatures are much lower than usual. Allthough freezing cold ,this kind of circumstances are perfect for northern lights.
