Refit in Whangarei/NZ-experiences

Tarita has been in NZ for a year now and gone through a rather ambitious
Except for regular maintainance(antifoul/Zinks,polish,service of
electrics,engineservice,sail/canvasservice etc.)more notably the following
has been performed:
-New teakdeck glued,and no screws used
-Lift and reseal of Toerails.
-Some interior wooden works.
-New steering pedestal installed
-Rudderblade taken apart and repaired
-B&G autopilot serviced with new Rudder reference unit
-Icom SSB radio taken out serviced and reinstalled
-Spars/Rigging unstepped serviced,restepped and tuned.New spartite/mastcollar
-New furler for headsail installed(Profurl 420)
-Check for misalignment on engine/propshaft.Misalignment found and corrected
-New filler in keeljoint
Whangarei is a popular place for refit of overseas yachts.Now is
highseason with this years whole fleet currently in place.I will revert
with my experiences from last years experiences from refit in Whangarei
