Heading through the Kekova archipelago some hours before sunset we enjoyed coming out on a reasonably flat ocean initially cruising along the Turkish coastline. Once crossing over to Rhodes we had some headseas and some shipencounters when crossing the trafficlane. AIS and radar is of great help allthough some echoes on the radar could never be identified. We came in to Rhodes new marina some hours after sunrise. The first impression of the recently built marina is a modern, not completely ready, quite empty, high standard ,but boring marina 15mins walk out of town. Allthough with a reputation in doubt, Mandraki might have been a better choice.
