San Juan is an important festivity all over Spain and is celebrated at the day of summers solstice.
Allthough known already from pagan times it has been devoted to Saint John during christianity.
Fires are lit and the brave can jump over the glowing ashes to burn away all problems.
Red skies and smoke was seen all over Ares and this tradition for summer solstice is very different to the Swedish midsummerfestivities.
It`s allways a pleasure to see and learn new things
