We cleared out from SavuSavu and got a cruising permit for going to Beqa
and Musket Cove before clearing in to Latouka again.Once coming out in the
ocean we had 20kts of wind close hauled towards the island Koro which we
passed to port around midnight. After the island Koro we could turn to
starboard sailing beam reach in 15Kts of wind, moon in zenith and the night
passed with a beautiful sail passing Fiji "djungleislands"flooding in
moonlight(allthough some passages through coralreefs without lights lit
the adrenalinsystem).During the day we had comfortable downwindsailing
passing Suva(Fiji´s capital)to starboard, and made it just in time to enter
the Sulphur passage and the Beqa lagoon.Just before sunset we were well
inside the protected Malumu bay on the eastern side of Beqa.
