Upon my return to Dora Mac the recently installed Eberspächer D5 unit broke down(faultsearch is ongoing by an Eberspächer representative in Lofoten). A couple of days later the Lofoten area went in to the coldest week in November in 97 years.
During the nights it´s 12-14 centigrades below zero with a bit higher temperatures the few hours the sun is up. Trying to start up the Sigmar dieselheater (that worked a few weeks ago) the fuelline is clogged and no matter how I tried I could not rinse it for proper function . Fortunately the Cruisair Aircondition Reversed heating manages to keep the temperature around 14centigr in the aft cabin and 16 in the saloon.
Then in the middle of the week the pump supplying DM´s domestic watersystem broke down. Supplying not only watersystem and washingmachine but toilets as well, having a serviceable pump is necessary. After contact with Randal (old owner) I found a refurbished sparepump that was plumbed in today working well enough until a new permanent replacement is installed.
Experiencing all these unlikely events combined at the same time makes me suspect Murphy is staying onboard somewhere
