Since I left the Mediterranean 2017 prices have doubled and sometimes even tripled. This is line with the development also in other areas in the western society today where for example an apartment in a big European city will exceed 10.000Euros/sqm. The consequence is a selection for rich people to major cities and megayachts in the Mediterranean,the birthplace of Western civilisation.
